ORDERS

Orders may be placed by sending us an email to sales@pilirestrepo.com at any time. One of our sales team will confirm all orders via email or telephone, as desired by the client. Every piece is made to order and a delivery date will be provided by us when confirming your order.

Production times usually take between 2 - 4 weeks. If the piece is ready before the allotted window, it will ship as soon as it's complete and you will receive a notification with tracking details via email.

Shipping within the USA

All domestic shipments are handled by FedEx or UPS and will require signature upon delivery. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that all orders are processed Monday through Friday. Sales of PILI RESTREPO are final.

We insure all packages. If you choose to wave insurance, you agree to release PR Series LLC from responsibility once the package has left our offices. Contact us if you wish to have signature waived.

Delivery times are an estimate and are subject to the carrier’s ability to perform. We will provide a tracking number with the order shipment details. If you decide to refuse any shipment from us once it has left our offices, you are responsible for any costs (including duties, taxes and customs charges) that are incurred in the refusal of shipment and reroute back to our offices

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

We reserve the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item, or we do not have the item in stock. We can process custom orders. The lead time is approximately 4 weeks. Please email sales@pilirestrepo.com for more information or to place an order.

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of deliveries in the State of Florida, in which applicable sales tax will be added to the order amount.

From time to time, we may use techniques designed to identify fraudulent activities. You agree to cooperate with such efforts, as we may, in our sole discretion, deem necessary to identify attempted fraud. You further agree that if, for any reason, you or others acting on your behalf are suspected of fraud or other breach of these policies, we may, in our sole discretion, declare you to be in breach of these policies, suspend or terminate your use of the Site, and/or seek prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

International Shipping

Risk of loss and title of merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you, the importer, when we make delivery to our carrier (FedEx or UPS). Your order is subject to import duties and taxes that are not included in our shipping costs. As the importer you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate our carrier (UPS) to act as your agent with relevant customs and tax authorities.

REFUND POLICY

We regret that at this time we cannot issue any exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
